House Rules
- All our guests must provide their passport on arrival.
- All rooms are non smoking (this includes vaping and shissa).
- Check in to your room is available after 14.00 hours and check out is at 11.00.
- If you wish to bring a guest into the property for any time you must inform us and provide us their ID. We must always know for health and safety reasons everyone who is on the property. In the event that the pool or Villa is very busy we may not be able to allow visitors as our guest must take priority.
- Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 11.00. It is a continental breakfast and can be taken in the breakfast room, at the protected pool area or on your terrace if you prefer.
- The pool is open during reception hours only and is locked for safety reasons after 21:00. Please do not attempt to use the pool when it is closed.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult on the property and especially at the pool.
- Any drinks or snacks consumed at the pool must be purchased from the bar at the reception. If you wish to consume your own drinks and snacks please do so on your terrace or any of our outdoor common areas.
- Please use a pool towel on the beds at the pool for hygiene reason and cleanliness. We provide all of our guests with a complimentary pool towel on check in if needed. If you wish to have fresh pool towels there is a small service charge for laundry.
- Please do not make noise after 21.00 as many of our guests are families or people who have early flights and need to sleep.
- Do not drink the water from the tap. You must have bottled water.
- Do not throw toilet paper or any other items into the toilet. Please use the basket provided in the bathroom.
- Please ask at the reception for any help you may during your stay with us as we want you to have a wonderful time in Mykonos and here with us at Villa Konstantin.
