House Rules
- All our guests must provide their passport on arrival.
- All rooms are non-smoking (this includes vaping and shissa).
- Do not drink the water from the tap. You must have bottled water.
- Do not throw toilet paper or any other items into the toilet. Please use the basket provided in the bathroom.
- Check in to your room is available after 14.00 hours and check out is at 11.00.
- After your checkout, if you wish to stay on the property, there is a fee of 20€ per person if you wish to use the pool and take a shower before your travel. If you only wish to take a shower, there is a 10€ fee per person. If you wish to store your luggage, this is free of charge and this can be done during reception hours.
- If you wish to bring a guest into the property for any time you must inform us and provide us their ID. We must always know for health and safety reasons everyone who is on the property. In the event that the pool or Villa is very busy we may not be able to allow visitors as our guests must take priority.
- Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.30. It is a continental breakfast and can be taken in the breakfast room, at the protected pool area or on your terrace if you prefer.
- The pool is open during reception hours only and is locked for safety reasons after 20:00. Please do not attempt to use the pool when it is closed.
- Children must always be accompanied by an adult on the property and especially at the pool.
- Any drinks or snacks consumed at the pool must be purchased from the bar at the reception. If you wish to consume your own drinks and snacks please do so on your terrace or any of our outdoor common areas.
- Please use a pool towel on the beds at the pool for hygiene reason and cleanliness. You can find pool towels with a small fee at the reception.
- Please do not make noise before 11.00 and after 20.00, as many of our guests are families with children or couples that wish to relax.
- Please ask at the reception for any help you may during your stay with us as we want you to have a wonderful time in Mykonos and here with us at Villa Konstantin.
